Full Journal pdf2007-05-16 House Journal Page 1436 HB 96 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report on the following, which is under Unfinished Business (page 1413): CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 96(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 96(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS HB 96. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate.
